Poster is for Oct. 14, 2015 concert at Slim's in San Francisco, California. Size is approximately 11" by 15". It's in great condition, at least Mint/Near-Mint. It will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.

Band's picture is fuzzy, but I've seen same exact fuzzy picture of them on another venue's poster
